A Quality Circle is a volunteer group composed of workers who usually work under the same supervisor and meet regularly to identify, analyze, and solve work-related problems to improve performance.
You can join by becoming an individual or institutional member. Membership integrates you into a vast network of quality professionals and grants access to exclusive training modules.
5S methodology establishes a framework for workplace organization, reducing systematic waste, enhancing occupational safety, and boosting overall operational productivity.
Kaizen refers to business activities that continuously improve all functions and involve all employees from the CEO to the assembly line workers. It translates to "change for the better."
While not mandatory, participating in Chapter and National Conventions is highly recommended. It offers a platform to present case studies, gain recognition, and observe industry-leading benchmarks.
